Part of the application process will require that you upload your logo, social media links together with the relevent insurance details. We recommned that you have these ready ahead of starting your form.
This form IS NOT for food vendors. For food stall enquiries email : [email protected]
It is important to note that there will be no electricity , tables or gazebo's provided by the organisers This will need to be organised by the stall holder.
Only one vehicle can be left on site after 9:55am. Information about access to the site and other important information will be sent to your via email shortly before the start of the festival.
Stall holder applicatons recieved before 1st March will recieve a discount. If you're a charity stall contact Kate Mountford for a promotional code that you can apply at the check-out.
We can no longer accept applications for Face Painters as we have too many !
