Could all volunteers head to Thirsk & Sowerby Flatts, YO7 1LY on the day of the event
Together with your basic information we ask that you tell us about any current medical conditions. We also ask that you upload a photograph of yourself (head shot)
We appreciate dedicating your time supporting us. Please can you choose your preferred 2 hour slot, half day or all day session.
